Back in the early 1990's, I got the idea to do some parody redubs of some anime shows.  Being a huge fan of shows like FRACTURED FLICKERS (Done in the 1960's) and MAD MOVIES (Done in the 1980's), I got some of my friends together and we redubbed over 16 different shows within a 6 year period. 

But, finding a name to put on the end was kind of difficult.  Until I came up with J-A-G PICTURE PRODUCTION.  Standing for: "Just Another Good Picture Production"  And so it stuck.  And I have been using it ever since.

Thus, I started to create original items to sell.  Starting with Small Press Publications.  Which, have been pretty well received.  I even tried to get a table at Comic-Con one year,  They were out of space, but offered me a booth for the same price as a table.  Unfortunately, I had to turn it down because I suddenly couldn't afford to go.

I am hoping to take this studio into varying heights.  Small Press Publications, leading to original animation, and then to live action movies, with video games and so on as part of the creative process.

While, right now, the genre I have set for the studio is science fiction/fantasy,  there is no reason why we cannot do other genres when the situations arises.
